- follows own privacy, refund and terms of use policies
- sets own prices and markup
- is responsible to send invoices to clients and for the recovery when the bills are due
- is personally responsible for any charge backs or damages claimed by the clients

- shall follow InfoTaxSquare.com guidelines to sale the products or services
- is not required to maintain insurance because InfoTaxSquare.com is obligated to answer the client if any explanation is required
- follows the InfoTaxSquare.com privacy, refund and term of use policies
- receives fixed pre-decided commission by InfoTaxSquare.com
- is not responsible for billing and recovery from clients. Affiliate shall receive the commission when it is due.
